About this vintage design furniture
Magnificent and elegant office after a complete restoration. Produced in Czechoslovakia in 1943 by the Jitona company as part of the functionalist design movement of the time. The original Jitona label is still affixed to the bottom of the top tray. The painting was used by a writer in Slovakia for several decades and underwent a complete restoration. We put it in a beautiful and elegant black colour with sensitive details. The desk has one compartment with a working lock and a column of drawers (4 in total) on the left side. The first drawer is equipped with a functional lock, working with the same key as the other compartment. Made from veneered oak planks. The table has been redesigned and rebuilt so that it can function for several generations. It is truly a beautiful piece.
