About this vintage design furniture
Black wrought iron and glass table or floor lamp. Various pieces of thick amber and yellow glass in geometric shapes framed in black wrought iron and suspended from thin square metal rods above a square black wooden base. Designed by Svend Aage Holm Sørensen. Denmark, 1960. This beautiful piece is accompanied by a new custom-made Curly shade in the style of the time. The height is 152 cm. The shade measures 35 x 35 and the wooden base is 18 x 18 cm.The lamp will be shipped internationally insured in a custom made wooden crate. Our shipping cost is included in the wooden crate.NB If the lamp is sold in the UK, VAT will be added to the shipping cost.

About the designer
Henning SORENSEN
Henning Sorensen was a Danish designer known for his elegant, modern furniture. Born in 1926, Sorensen began his career as an apprentice in a Copenhagen carpentry workshop. He went on to work for leading Danish furniture manufacturers such as Fritz Hansen and Fredericia Furniture.
