Vintage String Shelf by Nils Strinning 1950s

String shelf designed in 1949 by Nils Strinning with six metal ladders in black and 12 shelves in teak veneer. Simple wall mounting with six screws. The original String shelf is much better processed and of a higher quality than many wall shelves that hit the market in the 50s & 60s. Quality features: – thicker veneer – 2 cm thick shelves that prevent from bending – stable shelf supports that balance slight unevenness – stable ladders Shelves: W 78 cm, H 2 cm, D 20 cm Good restored condition with slight signs of usage.
