Vintage Desk lamp Panama 5350 by Wim Rietveld for Gispen 1956s

Rare black Panama desk lamp model no 5350 designed by Wim Rietveld for Gispen in 1956. This desk or table lamp is adjustable (with the red key) and can be turned in different positions. The black aluminium caphood has the shape of a sun hat and is therefore also called Panama hat. The condition is still very good; it has been completely checked and the wiring has been checked by an electrician. Dimensions (adjustable): H x W x D 74 x 66 x 40.5 cm. The diameter of the shade is 40.5 cm, and the diameter of the base is 16.5 cm. With diffuser cap and the red adjustment key (see last photo).
