Vintage Diplomat teak desk by Finn Juhl for Cado, Denmark 1958

A "Diplomat" teak desk designed by Finn Juhl in 1958. Made by Cado in Denmark. Clean exterior lines and subtle classical details make this desk a timeless piece. The desk has a "suspended" volume, with chests of drawers seemingly floating on both sides. The sculptural handles are made of polished aluminium. The drawers have wooden dividers and a key lock on both sides. The desk has not been restored and remains in almost perfect condition. There is a slight colour difference from the old desk pad. In addition, there are normal traces of wear and tear as shown in the photos.
