About this vintage design furniture

This beautiful lounge chair was designed by Børge Mogensen and manufactured by Fredericia Stolefabrik in Denmark around 1950. The chair is made of high quality, warm brown teak wood. The seat and back are upholstered in black saddle leather, a beautiful and very sturdy material that fits the piece very well The chair is designed with straight and triangle shapes, giving the chair a fantastic style and great comfort. The amrests are tall and upwards, the backrest is tilted backwards. The leather is connceted to the frame in a very nice way, all adding to the appearance that makes this chair an iconic piece of Danish design It remains in very good, original condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
