About this vintage design furniture
Elegant coffee table designed by Victor Bramwell Wilkins in the 1960s for the British label Gplan of E Gomme Ltd, and christened with the futuristic name Astro. The emblematic piece with a circular teak wood frame and glass top. The unique design of its crossed legs (similar to those of a space ship) makes it an extremely attractive piece of furniture. It is in very good structural and aesthetic condition (mention only slight marks on the feet and on the glass, in the latter case as various scratches produced by use).
