About this vintage design furniture

The AJ Royal lamp was designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1960 for the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen (Radisson Blu). AJ Royal has a clean, geometric shape and excellent lighting properties. The semi-spherical housing of the luminaire provides excellent, soft light. The lamp was part of the hotel’s overall design concept. Several hotel products have achieved the status of design icons today, and in the field of lighting, AJ Royal lamps in particular have become world-famous and are in production until today. The lamp is in very good condition, almost perfect. We have 3 identical items in stock. Dimensions: diameter: 50cm height: 22.5 cm The lamp has been thoroughly cleaned, it has a new approx. 2-meter long braided cable. The cable can be changed to any length and color. Additionally, the lamp comes with a roof lining. Please note that the items we sell are used items, often 40-50 years old, and therefore have traces of use that cannot always be captured in photos.
