Vintage Bamboo Lounger with armrests and hocker Japanese 1940s

A Japanese Vintage (1940s) bamboo deck chair with armrests and attached hocker. This hand made lounger is foldable, and has 4 positions. The hocker slides underneath the chair. Honey, warm brown coloured bamboo. Incredible great piece of craftsmanship. Elegant and comfortable. Wonderful design details including slat-construction, head-rest, hocker, armrests and fully folding mechanism. The chair has been completely checked and were needed fixated again. In original condition, only light patina on the Bamboo dragon, as shown on photos. Seat height in highest postion: 32cm. When folded approx. : 140 x 62 x 10 cm 55 x 24 x 4 inch.
