About this vintage design furniture

This set of two leather and fabric lounge chairs have been designed by Rob Eckhardt. They were made by Pastoe in 1986. Eckhardt’s most well-known design for Pastoe was the “Groeten uit Holland” chair in 1983. After this success he started his own company that produced these Pouffe Garni chairs in a small production. Pouffe Garni fauteuils are part of the collection of Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam. This set has leather seating, the original complete wooden front feet and a multicolor 1980s design ‘backrest’. All original and in good condition consistent with age and use. Price is per set of two. We have two sets (totally 4 chairs) available.
