About this vintage design furniture
Table called E 1027 designed by Eileen Gray in 1927 Cantilever design and adjustable in height thanks to a sliding foot for variety of uses. Composed of a chromium-plated steel structure and a table top made of clear crystal glass Table E 1027 is one of the most popular design icons of the 20th century. Named after Eileen Gray’s summer house E1027 "Maison en bord de mer", which the designer built for herself and her collaborator Jean Badovici. Here is an original reissue of 1989 of the Vereinigte Werkstätten who produced and distributed Eileen Gray designs under licence authorized by The World License Holder Aram Designs Ltd.till which emerged to ClassiCon in 1990 Marked with sticker VW and stamped in steel VW 89 Very good vintage condition with minor ustersmarks Lowest table height 55 cm and highest 93
