Rare Danish modern model- 371 teak Boomerang dining set designed by Alfred Christensen for Slagelse Møbelvaerk. This model 371 is also known as “boomerang”, named after the boomerang shaped bend in the legs. You’ll easily hosts a group of 10 using the two extension pieces, which add 100 cm in length. The 4 matching Boomerang teak dining chairs make this set complete. The seating of the chairs has been newly upholstered in boucle. Measurements: Dinning table: H-73cm x L-90cm x W- 150 ext 250cm. Chair: H- 81cm x SH- 47cm x W-47cm x L- 52cm.

About the designer
Alfred CHRISTENSEN
Alfred Christensen (1903-1980) was an American industrial designer best known for his work for the Knoll furniture company in the 1940s and 1950s. He was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and studied at the Rhode Island School of Design and the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris.
