About this vintage design furniture

Early edition red Revolt chair designed by Friso Kramer for Ahrend the circle in 1953. These comfortable chairs have a seat and backrest made of ciranol and a frame of folded metal. This chair is fully functional, but it has clear traces of use and wear to the red laquer on the backrest (see photos). Friso Kramer set high standards for the material and construction. He is therefore one of the most important pioneers in the field of industrial design in the Netherlands. Dimensions: h x w x d 82 x 45 x 50 cm and the seat height is 44 cm.
