About this vintage design furniture
Iconic vintage sculpture of a rower. Produced by Jihokera in Czechoslovakia in 1960s. The sculpture was very popular in the Communist regime of Czechoslovakia. It has a great presence, style and great sense of details. It shows a strong, sporty male rowing ona canoe. Great attention to details of the male body. The sculpture of made of white plaster with white glaze. Original label still attached, although a bit wrinkled. The sculpture in an excellent condition withou damages. Only minor patina on the glaze. Beautiful and statuesque item
