About this vintage design furniture
Scandinavian Modern period set of 4 dining room chairs designed by Børge Mogensen for the Øresund series, 1950s. Produced by Karl Andersson & Söner in Sweden. Model no.- 537. The design was inspired by the American Shaker furniture. Solid oak framed dining chairs with handwoven original paper cord seating. The cord is flexible so shapes to each person sat on it. Excellent quality, design, comfort combined together.
