About this vintage design furniture
Former high-backed bench in Oak Box Settle Hall, dating from the early 20th century, made of glass and Norwegian arts and crafts, dating from around 1900. The bench consists of a storage box that can be accessed by lifting the seat. It is in very good condition, with age-related wear and tear corresponding to more than 120 years of careful use. It should be noted that the inside of the storage box shows some old paint stains (see pictures).
