About this vintage design furniture
A highly recognizable desk by Dutch designer Ate van Apeldoorn, manufactured by Houtwerk Hattum in the Netherlands. Typical for his style is the use of pine wood and rectangular shapes, this desk being no exception. The combination of material and use of shapes gives the design a rustic yet modern appearance. The drawer unit is seperate from the table and can therefore be placed in different positions depending on the room. If you ever feel like changing the decor, this desk has the potential to change with it The wood is high quality and beauitifuly finished. It remains in good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
