About this vintage design furniture

Description : This desk was produced by the British furniture company G-Plan in the mid-twentieth century. G Plan - E. Gomme Ltd based in High Wycombe, England, a major centre of British furniture manufacturing. The company was renowned for its range of high quality sideboards, tables and other woodworking items and for being the first to design and manufacture bespoke furniture. The popular "floating top" desk takes its name from its design, with the work surface "floating" above the drawers on either side of the knee opening. The desk has four drawers and a spacious worktop, the room has a beautiful rich teak grain, warm tones and rich colours throughout. Article SKU : Condition: We have carefully cleaned and repolished this piece of furniture to preserve its natural colours. We try to capture the condition of the object as best as possible in our photographs. Before shipping All items are carefully cleaned and covered with a new coat of Danish oil to ensure that your item is in optimum condition on delivery.
