Very rare technical desk lamp designed by Wim Rietveld (Dutch, 1924-1985) for Gispen, The Netherlands, c. 1960 Enameled steel and aluminum, spun aluminum, chrome steel, dark gray aluminum shade with adjustable white aluminum diffuser. Heavy enameled steel frame, bolted with metal bolts and chrome blocks at the ends.Enameled aluminum, aluminum, enameled steel, chrome steel, plastic.55 x 73 x 30 cmConditions: good original condition, consistent with age and use. No tinting in the shade. Perfectly functional.
