About this vintage design furniture
Set of two candlestick chairs by British-Italian designer and entrepreneur Lucian Ercolani (1888-1976). He was the founder and head designer of Ercol, one of the most important furniture manufacturing companies in British design history. The chairs are made of solid English elm and beech wood. The legs and backs are constructed from solid Beech which contrasts beautifully with the Elm.

1888 - 1976Lucian Ercolani is an Italian-born designer who has lived most of his life in England.
He is also the founder of the ERCOL furniture manufacturing company.
