About this vintage design furniture
Very nice black lacquered coffee table with orange decor and leather covered base by Jean Claude Mahey published by Roche Bobois in the 70s. Great design, really typical of the 70's. It will add a touch of elegance and charm to your living room, and will match old as well as contemporary. The lacquer is in superb condition, no scratches or shocks. A decorative piece, and of a beautiful quality of manufacture.

About the designer
Jean-Claude MAHEY
Mahey is a French designer born in Paris in 1937. He studied at the École nationale supérieure des arts décoratifs in Paris and began his career working for designer Jacques Adnet. He then opened his own design studio in 1968.
