About this vintage design furniture
The unique style of this table is recognized all-over the world. Designed by Jindrich Halabala for UP Zavody in Czechoslovakia in 1930s. The table design is appreciated for decades- a strong, wide top board and four curving legs. The legs remind people of spider legs (supposedly a spider was an inspiration for the designer) hence the name. This table is made of oak wood with walnut veneer on top board. The table is in original condition. The top board has been repolished. Beautiful, one of a kind idem.
