About this vintage design furniture
Danish hanging lamp “Auditorie 2” designed by Svend Middelboe for Nordisk Solar Company in the 1960s. The special construction with the slats creates a very nice light effect. A beautiful vintage design classic from the 20th century for people who love tasteful design. The outside has a beautiful orange red colour and the inside is white. the condition of this metal lamp is still good; there is some colour difference on the shade on one side (see photos). This hanging lamp has been cleaned and the wiring is checked by an electrician. Material: metal, aluminium. Dimensions: h x d 24.5 x 36 cm. The length of the cord is 200 cm. About the designer
Svend MIDDELBOE
Søren Middelboe is a Danish industrial designer born in 1988. He studied at the Royal School of Architecture, Design and Conservation in Copenhagen, where he graduated in 2014.
