White lacquered suspension lamp with blue detailing.ph 5 light fixture is designed to hang low over a table while providing moderate lighting to the surrounding area.Now a standard in Scandinavian design, the suspension lamp generates a warm light without any glare.The singular shape of the ph 5 lampshade is based on an algorithmic spiral where the focal point of the light source is located in the center of the spiral, ensuring diffused, glare-free illumination.Most of the light is reflected downward onto the aluminum walls of the shade assembly, with a lesser amount reflected to the sides, illuminating the fixture itself.Re-edition 1970.
