About this vintage design furniture
Set of four red Carimate side chairs by Vico Magistretti in red lacquered beech. Named after the Carimate golf club in Italy where Magistretti was asked to design a set of chairs. A simple, elegant design with solid beech frames and rattan seats. In vintage condition. The lacquer and wood have some markings and the rattan a small amount of wear commensurate with age. Please study the images. Most likely retailed by either Cassina or Habitat in the 1970s and 80s. Width: 42 cm. Depth: 42 cm. Height: 76 cm. Seat Height: 45 cm
