About this vintage design furniture
2 beautiful high vintage bar stools from the 70s. Producer: Rohe, Noordwolde. Designer: Dirk van Sliedrecht. Dimensions: H85 x W41 cm, seat height is 70 cm. Material: chrome base and rattan wicker seat. Considering its age in good vintage condition Dirk van Sliedregt starts experimenting with rattan and develops a few chairs that are soon picked up by the Gebroeders Jonkers furniture factory in Noordwolde. His designs are often a combination of rattan with a metal tubular frame and stand out for their apparent simplicity, but are extremely complicated on closer inspection. Great for a bar.
