About this vintage design furniture
Marc Berthier is an architect and designer born in 1935 in France. He studied at the School of Beaux Arts in Paris. He benefits from an exceptional notoriety, he received many prizes including the Grand Prix National de Création Industrielle, two Compasso d’Oro, the Gabriel Prize, the Art and Industry medal, the New York Accent Design and several prizes in Germany. He is considered as a reference in design on the international stage. Several pieces of furniture are exhibited at major museums such as the Museum of Modern Art in New-York.
