Vintage Teak wood wall lampscissor lamp with original shade by Esshå Produkter. Sweden 1960s

Scandinavian style scissor wall lamp in solid teak wood with original shade with green linen pattern. These so called scissor lamps in wood were very popular in Scandinavia during the 1960s. It stretches out to a full 60 cm and folds down to about 20. It is also adjustable sideways. The shade is 20 x 20 cm. Many of these lamps are made from Scandinavian local wood types and dyed to look like the, for the time, so fashionable tropical woods. This one however is made from solid teak. Great condition with very minimal signs of use. Produced bu the lamp manufacturer Esshå Produkter in Värnamo, Sweden. It takes a standard E27 light bulb.
