About this vintage design furniture

Minimalist Sideboard, Modell B20 in Teak by Dieter Waeckerlin for Behr, Germany Height: 27 in. (70 cm) Width: 68 in. (174cm) Depth: 22 in. (56 cm) Elegant Dieter Wäckerlin sideboard in teak with painted black metal base. Inlay made out of maple. This is a rare smaller version of the big B40 sideboard. Wäckerlin was a cabinet maker, interior architect and furniture designer from Switzerland. His mid-century furniture is characterized by a puristic design language, especially visible in his famous sideboards. He developed furniture systems with Le Corbusier and became known for his collaboration with manufacturer Behr in Osnabrück. The sideboard comes in wonderful original condition with only minor traces of use, some light scratches on the top and one spot with fading, some very tiny marks on the legs, nothing that detracts. Overall appearance presents beautifully.
