About this vintage design furniture
Designed by the Danish architect Louis Weisdorf and delivered by Lyfa in 1970, Facet-Pop is constructed from 18 crenellated metal strips, identical in shape but in three different shades of colour, woven together to form a cylinder measuring 18 cm in diameter and 27 cm in height. Light emerges through small spaces between the strips, revealing the inner colours while protecting the eye from glare. The colours of the Facet-Pop were created by Danish artist Richard Branderup. Four different colour versions have been produced. Here is the orange version. Great condition. Standard E27 bulb socket.
