About this vintage design furniture
Gordon Russell Teak Desk Vintage mid-century deskdressing table made by Gordon Russell and designed by W H Russell in 1963. Made in a rich grained Indian laurel. The drawer pulls are made from Birmabright polished aluminium alloy. Gordon Russell was an English design pioneer, so iconic there is even a museum in his honour in Worcestershire. He was a furniture designer, maker, calligrapher, entrepreneur, educator and champion of accessible, well-crafted design. Rarely found item. Complete with detachable mirror. Dimensions (cm): W 135 x H72 x D 46 Condition Excellent condition.
