About this vintage design furniture
The office armchair made of caramel-colored leather is in good condition with an age-appropriate patina. The cushions offer good seating comfort, the leather shows patina on the armrests and the headrest. The chrome base and castors turn easily and are also in good condition. The seat height of the chair can be varied from 44-52 cm. The suspension works well, the height adjustment must be readjusted upwards by hand. A rare office chair from the 60s by the German architect Eugen Schmidt, who designed several design icons for his own company ES and Soloform in the 60s and 70s. Among other things, Eugen Schmidt furnished the Chancellor’s bungalow with furniture.
