Vittorio INTROINI

During the 1960s and 1970s, Introini became famous for his chair and sofa designs, which were produced by Italian companies such as Cassina and Poltronova. His Superonda chair, designed in 1966, became one of his most famous creations. This wave-shaped chair became a symbol of 1960s pop culture and has been exhibited in museums around the world.

Introini has also worked on interior architecture projects, designing commercial spaces for prestigious brands such as Ferrari, Fiat and Alitalia. He also taught industrial design at Milan Polytechnic.

During his career, Introini won numerous awards, including the Compasso d'Oro in 1969 and 1979. His creations have also been exhibited in museums and galleries around the world, including New York's MoMA and London's Victoria and Albert Museum.

Vittorio Introini left an important legacy in Italian design, and is considered one of the great designers of the post-war period.
