About this vintage design furniture
Pierre Paulin chair F780 by Artifort from the sixties. This is an original old chair from the sixties that has been reupholstered with Kvadrat Hallingdal 65 colour 130. Considering its age, this vintage Artifort armchair is still in good condition, some traces of wear on the paint on the base (see photos). This armchair was originally designed for the waiting room of the French Concorde plain. Pierre Paulin (1927-2009) is one of the greatest designers Europe has known in the last century. From 1954 he worked as a freelance designer for Artifort. As early as 1969, his designs are exhibited in the Museum of Modern Art, in New York and in the Centre Pompidou in Paris. Dimensions: h x w x d 76 x 59 x 75 the seat height is 39 cm.
