About this vintage design furniture
This eye-catching lounge chair, model “Oyster”, is an iconic piece designed by Pierre Paulin for Artifort in the Netherlands. It has a very inviting appearance: the seat is a big shell with a slightly tilted seat for maximum seating comfort. The large seat is newly upholstered in beautiful quality deep red fabric, which is a nice contrast to the narrow, tubular metal base. It combines modernism with luxury and this chair will definitely make a great addition to any decor It remains in good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina. Seating height 36cm
