About this vintage design furniture
This is a very nice set of 6 dining chairs designed in 1994 by Vico Magistretti for Fritz Hansen. The chair has a molded and blackened maple wood veneer seat with a black soft leather seat and back cushion and tubular steel legs. This chair was made in 3 models: Model VM1: upholstered chair, Model VM2: chair with seat cushion and Model VM3: chair with seat back cushion. The cushions came in fabric, leather and soft leather. The soft leather cushions were the most exclusive cushions. The Vico chair is part of the Vico conference series, which also includes the Vico tables. The chairs are in a very good condition with some signs of age and use. Price is for the set. Seat height: 45 cm

About the designer
Fritz HANSEN
Fritz Hansen was a Danish furniture designer born in 1847 in Tønder, a small town in Denmark. He began his career as a carpenter and went on to found his own furniture manufacturing company in 1872.
