1930s Wall Desk This art deco, 1930s mahogany compact desk by the Rowley Gallery has a drop-down desk over a hinged folio. Comes complete with original pigeon holes for storage. The desk can be wall-mounted to suit your own space and height requirements and it opens to reveal stationary compartments. The Rowley Gallery was established in London in 1898 by Albert and Emma Rowley in Kensington, London. Through the 1920s and 1930s, it gained a reputation for its inlay wood panels, mirrors, screens, furniture and interiors. Nowadays, the business is noted for frame-making, gilding and restoring, and exhibiting contemporary paintings and prints. Complete with key. Dimensions (cm): 11 D x 97 H x 104 W Condition: Very good vintage condition. Light wear commensurate with age and use.
