About this vintage design furniture
A Rare model 39 Danish modern 3 seater sofa in leather and rosewood designed by Kai Lyngfeldt larsen for Soren Willadsens in the 1950’s. A wonderful interesting design in its original patinated leather and rosewood base, which has been newly French polished to give it wonderful deep rich colour and shine. A fine example this piece has been carefully cleaned and restored and in an excellent original condition. Please also see the matching Kai Lyngfeldt Larsen Chair I am selling. Seat Height 44 cm

Kai LYNGFELDT LARSEN
Per and Annelise Kai Lyngfeldt Larsen are a Danish design couple famous for their work in the 1950s and 1960s. They founded their own design studio in 1946, which became known as "PAL". Their work was largely influenced by modern Scandinavian design, which emphasized simplicity, functionality and the natural beauty of materials.
