About this vintage design furniture

System 5600 sideboard designed by A.R. Cordemeyer for Gispen in 1959. Regarding its time a very modern cabinet that can be used as, sideboard, TV cabinet, stereo cabinet, storage cabinet. The first version was called model 663 and was designed by Wim Rietveld in 1954. Andre Cordemeyer improved the 663 to the 5600 system in 1959. This cabinet is still in original and very good condition with normal signs of use and wear. This cabinet has two storage cabinets with flaps, three large drawers and various shelves. The cabinet can be disassembled and, if desired it can be easily assembled differently according to your own choice. Dimensions: h x w x d 66,5 x 220 x 36 cm.
