About this vintage design furniture
Rosewood sideboard which was probably designed by Arne Vodder for HP Hansen, Denmark 1960s. The large sideboard has a slightly curved front and a stately appearance due to its high legs. The four sliding doors, with shelves behind them, drawers with felt and a small bar with a ribbed mirrored back wall, have beautifully designed handles. The drawing of the rosewood is beautiful. Good vintage condition. Some light signs of use such as a few small dents at the top right corner. At the bottom of the left side, the veneer has slightly detached from the sub-construction (transport damage ). This is not disturbing for the entire appearance of the sideboard. The rosewood has a beautiful drawing all around and is very cool. Unfortunately, a small hole has been made in the back wall for an electrical cable for probably a stereo.
