About this vintage design furniture

This ’Contourette Roto’ swivel chair was designed by Alf Svensson, and produced by Dux in Sweden during the 1960s. The chair has been renovated. The upholstery has been replaced with a new one made of high quality, natural leather. Metal elements made of aluminum are preserved in their original, very good condition. The upholstery sponge was also replaced.

Alf Svensson is a Swedish designer born in 1937. He studied at the Gothenburg School of Art and Design and began his career working for furniture manufacturer DUX.
