High quality, twin pedestal walnut executive desk by Danish designer Jens Risom, c.1960. Dimensions (cm, approx): Height: 72 Width: 158 Depth: 86 Condition: Structurally solid but with various imperfections to the walnut and finish. It does not have the original steel feet. About the designer
Jens RISOM
1916 - 2016Jens Risom (1916-2016) was a Danish-born designer who made a name for himself in the United States. After studying cabinetmaking in Copenhagen, he worked for the famous Danish designer Kaare Klint before moving to the USA in 1939.
