About this vintage design furniture

This sofa model 66-S3 was designed in the 1950s by Folke Ohlsson and manufactured by DUX. The sofa has been completely refurbished. The legs made of teak wood have been cleaned of old coatings and finished again. The upholstery has been replaced with a new one in beige fabric. The upholstery sponge was also replaced.

Folke Ohlsson was a Swedish designer who was born in 1919 and died in 2002. He is best known for his work in furniture design, in particular for his contribution to the rise of Scandinavian design in the United States in the 1950s and 1960s.
