About this vintage design furniture
Highly decorative porcelain vase made by Meissen, Germany, in the late 19th century. First designed by Ernst August Leuteritz in 1853. Hand painted floral decorations on the front and back of the vase. Curling snake handles on each side.Gilded foot, handles and center section, as well as more gilded trim above the main body and top rim (minor wear to top gilding). Marked underneath with the blue crossed swords mark under glass (first quality). Excellent condition.
