Mandelbrot wall mirror with screen printing designed by Dino Gavina for Centro Duchamp, Bologna, Italy in 1990. Tribute to the French Polish scientist Mandelbrot, who introduces the fractal on the computer in 1975. A fractal is a geometric figure that is made up of parts that are more or less uniform with the figure itself. Marked: Centro Duchamp Bologna, Mandelbrot, omaggio allo scienziato ignoto, serie limitata – Italia, Simongavina. Material: wood, polished steel, steel with screen printing. Dimensions: h x w x d 170 x 67.5 x 4.5 cm.
