A charming two seater Danish sofa in leather with rosewood legs from the 1960’s. A lovely piece by Danish designer Rud Thygesen for Georg Thams Vejen Polstermøbelfabrik. Beautiful soft patinated terracotta leather sitting on a rich coloured rosewood frame. A beautiful mid century design simple and elegant fully cleaned and restored to look beautiful in any interior. Seat Height 44 cm

About the designer
Georg THAMS
Georg Thams was a German industrial designer born in 1935 in Flensburg and died in 2016 in Tønder, Denmark. He studied at the Flensburg School of Applied Arts and began his career working as a carpenter before turning to industrial design.
