About this vintage design furniture
KWOK HOI CHAN for STEINER 1969 2 "Pussycat" armchairs in moulded orange plastic on a triangular chrome tube base. High. Width : 60 cm- Depth : 50 cm- Height : 67 cm- Width : 60 cm- Depth : 50 cm 14 kg Small discolorations on the seats Born in 1939 in Hong Kong, Kwok Hoï Chan is an endearing figure of international design. He studied architecture. In 1966 he emigrated to England, where he worked on the construction of the liner Queen Elizabeth 2, and settled in France, where he began a long and fruitful collaboration with the Steiner company. Many of the works he created were included in the Pantheon of Design of the 1960s and 1970s. He died in 1990 in Hong Kong.

About the designer
Kwok HOI CHAN
Kwok Hoi Chan is a Hong Kong industrial and graphic designer born in 1957. He studied at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, graduating in Industrial Design in 1980.
