About this vintage design furniture
A Mauser System 350 set of 3 petrol coloured lounge chairs in very good condition. The original wool covers show hardly any wear and tear, the polyurethane fillings appear almost as good as new and provide excellent seating comfort. The aluminium feet show signs of use, but this does not impair the very good overall impression of this ensemble. Great classic. Herbert Hirche is one of the important designers of the Bauhaus and studied there from 1930-33 under Kandinsky and Mies van der Rohe. He designed the System 350 for the Mauserwerke Waldeck in 1974. Mauser is one of the best-known German furniture manufacturers that also implemented Bauhaus designs.
