About this vintage design furniture
This magnificent, large chandelier suspended from ten glass shades and ten brass fittings was produced in the 1960s by the iconic firm Orrefors and designed by Carl Fagerlund. Magnificent clear frosted glass shades carved on brass fittings in a leaf pattern. The leaves have a glazed and frosted relief. Behind each leaf, the small bulbs illuminate them magnificently. This chandelier is large with ten arms. The ten frosted crystal glass lampshades are all original and in excellent condition.

About the designer
Carl FAGERLUND
Carl Fagerlund (1915-2011) was a Swedish designer who worked mainly for the famous lighting design and manufacturing company, Orrefors Glassworks, in Sweden. He is best known for his glass lamp designs, which were very popular in the 1950s and 1960s.
