About this vintage design furniture
A beautiful 3-seater sofa by Dutch designer Cees Braakman, manufactured by Pastoe in the Netherlands. This eye-catching modern design is from Braakman’s so called “Japanese series”. The minimalist, straight design gives it a unique modern touch that is typical for Dutch mid-century design. It has a black lacquered metal frame and the seat, back and armrests are newly upholstered in the finest quality grey fabric. This fits the overall style of the piece very well All together, this comfortable sofa would be an impressive addition to any decor. It remains in very good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina. Seating height: 38cm
